SlepcDebugViewMatrix#

Print an array as a Matlab matrix, to be used from within a debugger.

PetscErrorCode SlepcDebugViewMatrix(PetscInt nrows,PetscInt ncols,PetscScalar Xr[],PetscScalar Xi[],PetscInt ldx,const char s[],const char filename[])

Logically Collective

Input Parameters#

  • nrows - number of rows of printed matrix

  • ncols - number of columns of printed matrix

  • Xr - real part of array to be printed

  • Xi - imaginary part of array to be printed (not referenced in complex scalars)

  • ldx - leading dimension

  • s - name of Matlab variable

  • filename - optional name of a file to write the output, can be NULL
