• NEP_ERROR_ABSOLUTE - compute error bound as \(\|r\|\)

• NEP_ERROR_RELATIVE - compute error bound as \(\|r\|/|\lambda|\)

• NEP_ERROR_BACKWARD - compute error bound as \(\|r\|/(\sum_i|f_i(\lambda)|\|A_i\|)\)
